About This Business

We are not an extermination company. We are a nuisance wildlife company, or a landscape company that occasionally deals with pack rats; we are the one and only Mr. Pack Rat. Pack rats are what we do day in and day out!

In a year we will:

• Trap over 4,000 rats

• Remove close to 400,000 pounds of cactus and debris from rat nests

• Use over 4,000 square-feet of heavy duty metal screen in rat exclusion

We know what we are doing and we do it very well. We know not to treat pack rats like roof rats or Norway rats. We have heard every myth and anecdote on pack rats and know the few that work and the many that don't. Our methods are tried and proven. If you need results, choose Mr. Pack Rat!

Travis did an excellent job. He was very considerate of my no-contact instructions. I was in my fifth week of quarantine, even though I don't have the virus, because I'm in my 60's and I have a lot of health issues. One of them happens to be Type 2 Diabetes. I really appreciate his consideration. He is always a joy to deal with.

Christopher Martinez is very professional and does an excellent job to eradicate pests outside of my home. He calls the day before the scheduled appointment and arrives on time the day of the appointment. Very good service!

I have been having issues with your technicians not spraying like they are required , i requested that the tech dragging out the longer hose but the techs use a pump sprayer and i feel that this pump sprayer does not cover enough we have a slight scorpion issue , so due to all the frustration i no longer need your services, thank you Angel.
