Happy with the service; disappointed that I have to call every month to make sure the tech is coming in the morning hours. And that they have been several occasions that the tech comes at a different time and/or doesn’t show up.

I am going to try it again this year. I was happy with the way. The bees became more controllable. I still struggle with Japanese beetles or ladybugs whatever they are, but I think that might have lessened last season There is one thing I’m definitely not happy with. That would be the mouse Rocks. I’m not sure I saw any reduction in the mouse population. I believe I paid almost $300 for that.

You have amazing employees I have met two of them and both very nice and helpful.

Generally yes. This last time my husband wasn't able to be here and tech said he could do outside. One bait filled that's all because the others were in snow almost 100 bucks
That seems rediculous.

I am happy with the service. They are efficient, knowledgeable, punctual and have great communication. I feel confident that they will handle any pest problems that may arise. A great team!
