I'm not happy with the service. Newport Exterminating has been called out twice to the same property to spray for ants. They send very nice people, but they don't have a solution for the ant problem. They spray (just to make it look like they're doing something), but the ants continue to come. They provide unrealistic suggestions. They give info that's very obvious and we're already aware of. But they bill the HOA for the visit, and the ants continue. They don't take proper measures to really get to the ant colony or determine the source. Just pointless advice like "don't leave food out", "keep everything dry all the time", "spray inside the condo and leave traps", all pointless. The ants are coming through the walls. Their source into the walls is from the outside. Finding their true source (most likely in the dirt) and closing off all the building perimeters is the better solution, but then that means you (the exterminating company) would have to actually do some work. But that's not quick, easy money. As you can tell, I'm extremely disappointed and we still have ants coming in from every possible crack, and we're on the second floor!
