The technicians who come to the house are reliable and mannerly. However, I have a yellowjacket infestation in my basement. The technician happened to come soon after it started. He couldn’t find an entryway or hive, so he couldn’t do anything. I keep finding new ones, mostly dead, but some flying around. Isn’t this something that a not inexpensive exterminating company ought to be able to address? I have also found three dead mice in my house in the last couple of months. So I am not super happy with the service.

I have always been happy with your service, until the merge. Since then I receive ZERO notifications when you’re coming to my house. If I’m not home they can only treat the exterior, but I have several indoor bait stations.
I have complained three times, with no change.
