We were happy with the speed of getting Sentricon installed. We wish our technician had put more gel and bait traps inside with our pest control service. We're not confident that the external treatment will primarily control the pests inside.

No! Chaunce has scheduled 3 appointments with me to spray our home after they took the tent off. Each time he did not show! I have reached out to him and still no response. I want to make it clear those three days I cancelled plans for the day to be stood up. That is very unprofessional. It’s like after we paid our service and this company received their money as a customer I was forgotten.

Oahu Termite were great! Our tenants weren't that good at following their preparation instructions, but the team at Oahu Termite were still able to complete our tenant's prep work. One of our tenants is diabetic and the saving of his medicine was very important. Thanks again!

Customer service was great. Reed was very good about responding to our questions and concerns. However, not so sure how effective the tenting was. Didn’t see too many dead insects (which might be a good thing?) and saw many live ants within days after the tenting (we had a bad ant problem prior to tenting). Hopefully all the termites were killed, but can’t help but wonder since we didn’t see a huge difference with the ants.

I was good with the tenting. The staff was courteous and professional. I think the walk thru could have been more thorough. I felt like the team was primarily focused on getting the tents up fast and not making sure the items were bagged correctly. I just assumed that was very important since the gas could contaminate the food items and if so, should not be eaten. I could be wrong. Maybe the gas does not affect the food that way anymore so I'm stressing over nothing. Second, It was around 2p and I didn't receive a courtesy call yet to let us know approximate completion time. Left message at the office and Prestons' cell number. Received a call back from the office and were told we should have been called. Found out the tent was removed earlier in the morning and we could come by within an hour to check out with the inspector. I'm glad I called when I did otherwise we may not have been available to go back to the house at that time.

All in all I was satisfied with the tenting. The team was careful with the property and didn't have any damage to the plants and houses. The yard was cleared nicely with little debris.

I'm still interested in doing a maintenance termite system with your company. My Terminix contract will run out next month. Please contact me at your convenience.

Chaunce and his team at Oahu Termite and Pest Control are very good at their jobs! Not only are they very professional but they are equally knowledgable as well. With little ones in the house, we were very concerned about having a pest free house for them to play in. Chaunce has been very empathetic to our problem. He has gone above and beyond our expectations to make sure that we can be worry free about pests. We would highly recommend using Oahu Termite and Pest Control!

I made a call to Oahu Termite and Pest Control and spoke with Des. She was very helpful and made an appointment for me immediately with one of their Sales Associates named Reed. Reed was awesome and professional. He came to my residence and asked me questions regarding my issues. Reed then took a look around my property and let me know what to expect in preparation of both the tenting fumigation and the ground treatment process. Reed then measured the property and gave me an estimate. The price was reasonable so we made the arrangements. Reed was awesome, he kept in touch with us every step of the way ensuring that everything gets done properly and promptly as we have a gas water heater. We are satisfied with Oahu Termite and Pest Control and will utilize them again.

Termites Tent Fumigation June 5, 2020.
Reed, the Service Representative was nice to talked with. Reed treats customer like family. He understands our concern to keep our house in good condition. The fumigation crew are thorough, making sure we bagged things that needed to be protected. Reed doubled checked just in case we missed something. Des in the office responses right away, when I asked to replace a cover for the bait. All members of the crew answered my questions regarding termites. I highly recommend Oahu Termites and Pest Control. I’ll do business with you again.

Oahu Termite and Pest Control did a great job on my house. We did spot treatment for our kitchen and bathroom cabinets that showed a lot of termite droppings. We also had ground termite treatment done. They guarantee that any further treatment that would be required in the following year would be free. They also included pest control spray around the house that produced two dead centipedes!!

My only question had to do with the ground termite cannisters, two of which are sticking up above the ground that I'm worried might not clear the lawn mower. But Oahu Termite said they'll send someone over to check it and also do a follow-up inspection.

They did my mother's house after we had a previous company tent and spot treat the house. That previous company's job was totally ineffective and we were fortunate to have Oahu Termite do the job that was required.

Your initial field technician Matt was very informative and knowledgeable. Jarrett, the follow up technician was very thorough in his examining for possible bed bugs. However, there was miscommunication regarding the prepping procedure. Chaunce, the inspector had said one thing and Dez, the receptionist said another. Everyone should be on the same page. Secondly, I’d been sent a receipt for an incorrect amount. No one got back to me regarding this matter.

Reed and his crew were awesome! very friendly and knowledgable professionals. Just to name a few Taylor worked hard to adjust her schedule with mines which made things easier for me to prep for fumigation. I was very happy to have her assist me throughout the fumigation process. Matt did a great job with the ground treatment and was really friendly. Matt always made sure I liked the placement of ground treatment prior to the install. The crew who tented my home was helpful and very friendly as well. Last but not least was Reed. He was very helpful and always answered my questions via tent and or phone call. Reed drove to my place multiple times to check up on me with my house prep prior to tenting. Even though Reed was busy, he took time to stop by and assist me with certain difficult house preps. I couldn't have had anyone else help me manage my termite and pest problem during these times. Very happy with the process and glad I went with Reed at Oahu termite and pest control. You guys are the heroes during these hard times and the bomb diggity! 5 star for sure! thanks for all the help with my new home.
