I think you do a good job overall. Thanks for keeping the weeds under control in the front borders. The weeds in the two unused vegetable beds in the back yard are out of hand. They are becoming trees. It sure would be nice if your guys could weed whack at them, maybe even some each time they come out.

I give the guys who mow my lawn a five-star rating; but, the guys who are supposed to trim the bushes and clean up the weeds only get one star and that's almost too much. So it averages out to three stars.

The weed eating isn’t always done around all areas, a vine was growing up the wall of house obvious when trimming bushes to pull down, trimming of bushes is usually done ok, however, many times a large shoot is left. Just sloppy. I appreciate showing up.

Have been with you for several years. No consistency. Understaffed? Paying for lawn cutting, shrub trimming, weeding beds, lawn feeding and pesticide. Shrubs are hit and miss. Beds are full of weeds. Forget to cut certain portions of the lawn and never blow off back deck. I call almost weekly and obviously get lip service. I also call when they do a good job, but that is seldom. Hate to write this, but…..

Orange Environmental has been consistent in their great service mowing, weed eating, blowing and trimming for months now. They never let up... hot, wet, cold or dry weather they are consistently doing a great job. They are also very congenial and courteous.
