Since choosing Owl Pest in January 2023 I have had the pleasure of working with our regular tech, Tayvon and for our bedbug concerns Brent Callahan. Tayvon always take the time to discuss any concerns for urgent items. This includes entry holes and even housekeeping concerns I need to address. He consistently offers suggestions or ways to prevent pest concerns and has been understanding while we have been short staffed on our service team. Brent always goes above when addressing bedbug treatments and reviewing how to properly prep. Antonio and Jessica in the office is always helpful as well.
