Parkway Pest Services promptly returned my email request for service at our Parish. Information about our problem was quickly gathered, and an appointment for treatment was set. The technician arrived during the scheduled time window, and quickly surveyed the areas in question. We were provided a fixed quote to which we agreed, and the technician treated the infestation. The technician was professional and cordial, and at one time facilitated a conference call with his office to clarify an issue. Very good service overall.

I must say that form the very first call I was pleased with the service. The people answering the calls were very knowledgeable about the service they provide. And are very easy and pleasant to deal with. They explained everything that was going to happen in dealing with the issue that I was having. I was very pleased that they could do the service that same week. The individual that arrived to do the job (Al)was his name was very pleasant and knowledge about what he was doing. He answered every question that I asked him.He seemed to complete the job treating around the window very well.When he finished the job he made sure that he cleaned the entire area. Then he went outside to set up the bait system around the entire house. Which from what I see around the house he did a pretty good job setting up the baits around the house. All the baits are were very neatly put into the ground not disturbing any flowers or plants that are around the perimeter of the house. When he finished he explained what he had done which I appreciated.

Service has been good over the first year of annual service plan and service provided has stopped the problems.

Most things were included in the annual plan, but when something outside the plan came up it was $595 for one-time small backyard spray treatment, so hope that your issues are within plan coverage. I would have appreciated a discount for outside-the-plan services since I already pay a lot for the plan even when services are not needed.
