Called for an initial appointment due to small ant problem. Office staff was nice and pleasant. I was able to get started with service right away. Technician arrived on time, extremely helpful and explained the whole process completely. As well as addressed me concerns with bug issues. Definitely happy with service.

Service has been really good. The person I spoke to on the phone was courteous and friendly. Danny, the technician was also very nice. It was a flea issue that I had been having and for three days i no longer have bites. But i have been having bites again since a couple days ago, the technician did mention that a second service would probably be necessary and it seems that way.

They do a thorough and professional job setting the appointments, calling the day before to confirm appointments, and they ask if there are any special needs we may have for each property.
