We called you to get rid of some ants and spiders. We haven’t seen any ants or spiders yet but the person who came and did the spraying was incredibly unfriendly. I asked a few questions and he just stared at me.. awkward to say the least.

I’ve been using Perkins Pest Control for each summer for many years. Their prices and service are very good. I have spiders inside the house and yellow jackets and wasps outside. Perkins keeps them eliminated/under control. I like the guarantee if not happy within two weeks they’ll come back for free. I have inside cats and don’t have to worry about them being harmed. I would recommend Perkins to anyone!

Very kind the service works. Have no issues with bugs after they spray. I am only giving 3 stars because the technician was a 1/2 hour late with no phone call. When technician arrived he was out of water in his water tank. He ask if he could fill his water tank and used my culinary water and not my secondary water. This is the second time he was not prepared and used my house water to fill my tank.

This was the worst service I have ever received. I had Perkins come and spray my home, it has been 2.5 week and I am having a worse wasp problem than I did before. When I originally scheduled the service, THEY GUARANTEED satisfaction and that they would come respray if we saw ANY signs of pests. I called to inform that I was still having a wasp problem, and they told me "oh we only respray if you have an inside treatment" which they never specified when they scheduled my service. I am so disappointed with this company. I will never use again.

Customer service is great, no flying or crawling critters is what I want and Perkins provides that. Staff is friendly and work is very satisfying.

We are still waiting to pay for the service. Your technician was not able to use our credit card to pay and said that he would have his office call us. Since then, we don’t remember receiving a telephone call. Recently we have had to disconnect our land line because we are babysitting a one-year old grandson for the next 12 days.
