Pest Control Services provides wonderful lawn and tree maintenance for our very large lawn and more than half dozen trees and shrubs. They offer a day's notice when they are coming and the Field Techs are courteous, efficient and well qualified in dispensing chemicals. We are very happy with the service, price and we no longer have to store or handle needed fertilizers, pesticides or herbicides. Our grass, trees, shrubs and flower beds are in better shape than ever and our deck remains pest-free.

We have used Pest Control Services for over 10 years. They show up on time and they are friendly. In the spring they call ahead to discuss what services we need for the season instead of automatically charging us. Their customer service has always been helpful and efficient. Best of all....we have no spiders in our home, our fruit trees produce beautifully, and our lawn is green and happy!

It took awhile to get set up not all the companies fault the weather helped with that. But they finally came & at this point we are happy. Need to research how to rid my yard of morning glory “field bindweed” & black medick.

Dear Tom, we're sorry to hear that you feel your service was not done in a timely manner. We work extremely hard to get all of our customers done in a timely manner. Unfortunately, weather and temperatures play a huge part in our services especially in our springs here in Idaho being so unpredictable. We are also regulated by Department of Agriculture, and we follow the chemical labels and restrictions, so we usually can’t even start spraying until April. When you placed your order, it was communicated to you at that time that it would be a couple weeks before we could make it to you because of these challenges.

When I called, a very nice and helpful lady answered the phone. I couldn't get a hold of other pest businesses so it was nice to have my call answered. She was very reassuring. The guys that came to my house were very friendly, professional and helpful. I did finally catch the little creature on one of my own traps but it is reassuring having your traps there too. I was very pleased with your services. I would recommend you to others.

Michael was great. I live in a different state than my property and my property does not have a clear address. He communicated with me and was able to get to the lot successfully to perform my weed control service. I appreciated his suggestions and that he was able to take care of this service without me present :)

We started seeing small piles of wood shavings under our interior wood framed windows. Michael determined our problem originated from carpenter ants on the exterior of our home. Very knowledgeable, and he came prepared…sprayed our entire exterior, as well interior baseboards, and our problem is resolved. Office staff Shasta and Melody are super friendly, and very organized. We highly recommend this company!

This time it seems like we got very good service and the rep told me he could do the eaves of the house so I had him do that as well as foundation, shrubs and trees! We saw less insects after the eave spraying... can we please have eaves added to our original service!
