I have nothing but complete and utter appreciation and praise for this company. From Christina and Steve helping me on the phone, to Twin and Cyrus helping with the actual extermination inspection and process, I have been totally impressed with their professionalism, kindness, listening skills and understanding. When you have an issue as stressful as bed bugs, you want to have confidence in the company you work with and feel reassured that you're in good hands, which I did through the entire process. I called multiple companies before settling on Pest Control Solutions Inc., and they were the only company that included multiple visits and treatments and a 120 day warranty on their work. I will be switching all my properties normal monthly exterior pest control contracts to Pest Control Solutions because of this experience. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

Service is on time every month, a great service for the costs - well worth it. Technician is friendly and always making sure we have no needs inside the studio. So far only needed one initial spraying inside after seeing some critters... now the outside totally maintains us! We have enjoyed this company and I am glad I gave them the bid!

Just wanted to say Pest Control Solutions did an awesome job. We had a bed big problem for about three months. I called Pest Control Solutions and they came out the very next day. Once they came to inspect they told me how to prep for extermination, we followed their instructions exactly, and everything went smooth. We haven’t had an issue with beg bugs since. The employees are amazing, helpful, and really polite. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for pest control. And last but not least their pricing was very good, combined with their great customer service, Pest Control Solutions is a great company.
