I found PestPro and it’s staff to be commended for their exceptional level of customer service that was provided. While that is something to you should always expect from any service company that seems to be a rare find in today’s times but PestPro obviously makes that their mission. I highly recommend PestPro for their service in termite prevention, treatment and protection warranty offered. I specifically appreciated the company’s technician Charles for his assistance, expertise and patience in answering all of my questions in a very pleasant and professional manner with full clarity and enthusiasm about the service work he was providing. Charles was always prompt, courteous and no doubt a highly trained expert in the field of termite treatment prevention service and application.

EVERTY encounter with personnel/employees has been a pleasant one. From initial contact, to meeting with Zac to discuss termite protection contract and then having Charles come out to do the treatment. When home was treated, I was very concerned about the process messing up the flower bed areas. Charles did a GREAT job of leaving everything just as he found it. Process was quick and I am now a very happy New Pest Pro Customer.
