I am very happy with pest bears services. I was a little disappointed as I was told by the man that came to do the evaluation that when they spray for the wasps they would remove all the nests and all the spiderwebs and cobwebs from around the under hangs of the house and that was not completed other than that. They did a great service in my treatment for rats are still in process. The ladies in the office are so nice and polite and very helpful.

I have only one visit, it went well and I will continue to observe their work during upcoming visits. My only concern now is I don't know if the mole cricket situation was visible during their 1st visit on 12/8 25 , but upon my return from a 8 day cruise on Dec 28, it was very visible. I called and and I am awaiting the tech's visit, which is scheduled on Jan 2nd 1926. STAR 4.

First the sales guy lied about my lawn having fungus and needed to take care of it immediately. Lawn tech guy came around and said that we do not have fungus but needs fertilizer. lol, I had just put on fertilizer more potent than PestBear. Three of my nozzles was clogged and causing the brown spots. I fixed! The pest guy showed up and stayed on his phone the whole time while here. He was supposed to get muddober nest down and I removed three after he left. He was supposed to get all the spider webs from pool screen but left a quarter of the screen untouched. Inside since he was here and we have had ants inside and we are not sure what he sprayed but four closet baseboards were not touched. He won’t be back for three months so I had to fix the ant problem and I sprayed the entire inside myself and put ant bait down outside and sprayed for ants. We will be cancelling the service in December.

2 weeks after 1st application, my lawn changed color from healthy green to brown. I talked to a customer representative that I saw sign of grass dying. They offered they will send someone to evaluate the damage. I am very disappointed of their service. My lawn was an established new sod only for less than 2 months euth strong green grass, now because of that application, it is no longer.
