We offer pest and termite extermination, rodent and animal removal, flea and tick control, fire/carpenter ant pre-treatments, in-wall pest tubes, termite pre-treatments, baiting systems, and other comprehensive solutions for residential termite control and pest control.

Along with our superb pest control, we offer specialized lawn and ornamental shrubbery programs. I am extremely unhappy with my service. The guy didn’t de-web all parts of the outside, we still have a bug problem, we can’t even go outside to our sun room because of spiders, we have ants still and I have tried calling multiple times and left messages for someone to call me back and I have not heard back.

No, I initially had y’all come out due to our ant problem & spiders in garage. He sprayed but not well enough I’m still have ants. He was supposed to come back and finish spraying because his nozzle broke during the service & no one never came back & my garage was never sprayed or the perimeter of the lawn on the other side of the sidewalk.

Pestbear is the absolute worst Lawn control (pests )Cinch Bugs and weeds that I have used in the past 25 years. They make promises but never fulfilled them like killing weeds as per their published agreement. The lies are incredible. A manager will be out to fix the weeds and Cinch Bug, but no-one comes. Then they stop replying to you emails or phone calls.

We had our first treatment with PestBear this past Saturday. The technician called in route to my home to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived he gave me a run down of the service he would be performing and quickly got to work. A few days later I noticed an area where the technician did not remove the wasp nests and reached out to my contact at PestBear via text. He quickly responded and their manager came out to do another sweep of the property. I truly appreciate their quick response to rectify the issue. I look forward to continuing our partnership together and getting my lawn looking better and keeping my home pest free.

Your Customer Service is a joke.I cannot contact your Customer Service and talk to a live person. I get put on hold and no one contacts me.I have complained and brought to the attention,I have weeds in my lawn and your company can't control them.I have made appointments for Pest Control and your technician never arrived. My contact with Customer Service was not answered. I probably will have to retain a more reliable company to Service me.
