I just hired you guys the last time they were there the only had hand sprayer’s I would like the soffits sprayed but I don’t think the hand sprayer is going to get up there.

We paid for a year’s contract with Pestech Pest Solutions in June 2023 to treat powder post activity in our basement. Unfortunately, while our initial impressions of Pestech’s customer service were favorable, I am now extremely disappointed with the results. Not only is there continuing pest activity in the “treated” areas, but also, by all appearances, the last technician who came to our home was untruthful about the services he performed. The areas he “treated” showed no evidence of the product sprayed, and after attempts to discuss our concerns, his response was defensive and untruthful. We found evidence of continuing pest activity following his visit. We contacted several times the Pestech agent with whom we signed the contract and received no response. We hope this review will prompt, finally, an effort by Pestech to redeem itself and fulfill the promised spot treatment to areas of continued infestation.

Very dissatisfied. After 3 months our rodent problem had gotten worse. Waited 3 months for an extra exterior spray treatment.
We’ve found 4 dead mice between the basement and garage after I was assured that the rodents would go outside to die. One fell from the ceiling of my garage onto a classic car ruining the cover. Another classic car stored in a carport had the center of the front seat chewed out last week while I was only gone for 3 days and we have signs of mice in our first floor living area that we’ve never had before.
I am convinced that the bait traps actually attract more rodents and will be canceling this service immediately.

We have been a client since December of 2015 and so far have paid an embarrassing amount of thousands of dollars for your services.

I have read through your web site several times and the following four topics stand out to me. First, I do not feel in control of my home; as we are being overrun by mice. Second, your services have not yet eliminated rodent infestation in our home although we are open to your methods and have been since 2015. Third, I honestly do not feel that I have been treated in a professional manner. My messages have gone unanswered several times, I have had technicians come to my home unannounced while I was home yet have gone out the door to find notes left that they were here and I was not home, I ceased receiving regular reports. I have called all of the phone numbers I can find but am only able to get an email response after waiting several weeks. Then, we were dropped as a client with bait stations being left at our residence and a lot of mouse activity. I will say that the technicians that have come to my home to do the monthly service are above board. They are professional in maintaining the bait stations and disposing of the dead mice.
Every Technician that has been to my house is professional, friendly, courteous & knowledgeable, especially the Tech that was here today. My house is mouse free. The wasps are gone. I highly recommend your service! It’s the best!

No warning that tech was coming to spray. Woke up night working residents. I was out of town and prefer to be present when spraying is being done. In addition I had ordered 1 or 2 extra outside pesticide stations.

NEVER, never has a Tech been as through and complete as Brian Leaver was yesterday. Gel bait? Sticky traps? Perimeter sprays, interior and exterior? NONE of those had ever been offered. I had been thinking of going elsewhere for pest control services, but am rethinking that, as long as the service stays at the level Brian provided. Thank you.

The exterminators that come every month are great. When speaking to office about a problem such as swarms of ladybugs covering my door and windows I was told sometime next week. I never called before for a problem. I have been with Pestech for 25 years and pay a premium monthly.

Since this is primarily my weekend house and you only can come during the week I think the service I should discontinue because it’s just not working for me you come out and you just do the bait boxes outside but you can’t come into the basement or do anything so I think it’s not gonna work out unless you can do it on the weekends. And I get charged full price for half a job.

My tenant at 53 Lowerre Lane East Durham has captured 8 mice since moving in on Oct 1 2023. The mouse trap you have in our crawl space can fit in the palm of my hand. I have the commercial traps that have large wholes. You flip the lid open and there are 4 metal prongs sticking up for the large poison bate. Your traps are a joke.
