Phil is our on site guy for service. His work is exemplary- first of all, always considerate and kind, completely thorough and careful. Of all the service providers, and we have had some very good ones, Phil stands out as the very best.

We appreciate his knowledge of our property an when necessary his determination to get right to the core of any problem. Dee and Phil are Pestech to us. Thanks for having such great Employees.

Well, you were four days late in coming here. The technician was very nice, however, five days after he was here, there were still live carpenter ants in the wall. I called the office, there was no answer, I left a message, and I was never called back. That tells me to never call you back. And you still owe me a visit in the spring, I doubt you will show up. I am very sorry to report that I am not pleased at all with the results. I set this up for my elderly and nearly blind aunt in Grahamsville. I recently drove there for an overnight and I was appalled to see that the mice are still living in her house. There was so much evidence of droppings everywhere I looked. I cleaned it up as best I could an I purchased my own poison and left it for them. I noticed that a large amount was consumed and I’m hoping that I will kill the population. I also installed an electric device that is supposed to keep them away. I wish to cancel any future visits and cancel this contract immediately. I will assume the extermination chore because Pestech was not successful. Dina Juhasz.

Multiple appointments have been cancelled. I need my bait traps serviced and every time I call the response is "too bad our technician for your area called in with a family emergency and we have not other technicians in your area. You need to hire more technicians at it seems you one have one per area and if they are out then no customers get serviced. Representative on the phone told me there was a tech close to my area,but they could not send them to me, because where I am it not their area. You would think an exception would be made in interest of customer service.

I live 3.5 hours away and requested they send me an email prior to coming out. The house is closed up for the winter. I was not notified prior to them coming out. The tech said he knocked and called, well he called the summer phone. Obviously no one answered. The windows have shutters on them. I’m wondering if he even paid attention to no cars and the shutters.

Not overly satisfied with the service. Hard to contact by phone. Made appointment for service, person never showed, didn't call. Set trap outside and were left unchecked for a week, with a trapped animal inside. Very sad. Don't respond to phone messages when you can leave one.

Honestly, these guys provide service like they’re neighbors and / or friends. Norm and Paul… it’s cool when you pay for a service and are made to feel special. But I got their contact from my girlfriend who says they treat her the same way. Cool indeed, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

And NO I'm not happy with the fact that my mom called because she had a bee's nest in her attic and your serviceman talked her into signing a year long contract. Four times a year is too much in the Catskills. When we were buried in snow, we didn't need any bug control in the middle of the winter. Twice a year would be appropriate. Brendan was here every quarter; he is very nice and did a good job. But we will not require your services anymore. Please send us an invoice for this fourth quarter.
