Initially the service was good. After a few months, there were multiple no shows , no returned calls but I was still billed for the no show. I finally reached my service guy Kyle and asked when he was coming and why the no shows. He responded that it was none of business and hung up on me. Don't ever use this company.

I really hope the first visit does not represent the quality to expect. I had to call the day after my scheduled visit because the service was not completed and I received an invoice. It snowed before the service person came, but I do not think the clean-up was done completely due to the snow cover.
