We had ants in our kitchen, and after he sprayed they were gone that day. Very customer friendly, and products are safe with pets and kids, but very effective still! I am very happy.

Premier went through every nook and cranny to begin our pest control service. They also removed the cobwebs from outside of windows and doors (this house had set empty for over a year and a half). Look forward to them keeping our home safe from pests.

We actually had the owner Brian Distler show up and perform our inspection for termite/pest services. He was very personable & professional offering his best advice but not pushing the point. They do all of Rock River Homes & know them well so that is a plus since we have the encapsulated foundation. Definitely recommend to others!

If you want a company that responds immediately, explains exactly what they are doing, and takes care of all your insect and pest problems, you could not find a more professional and reasonably priced company. I am not one who gives a review unless I had an awful experience. Reason being when I brag about someone or something doing or did a good job, something happens shortly there after that I need help again. Lol. However, that being said I found Premiere Pest Control to be very Courteous, respectful and friendly. He was scheduled to come out a week later but having an opportunity he called and asked if it was okay to come by early. He was prompt and conscientious. After his visit he was prompt to send me a receipt for what was done. And so far it seems my pest problem has not returned.
