I have been so frustrated with this company since they became Purcor. I never had these issues when they were Halt. I can never reach them by phone and am put on hold for over 8 minutes and then told they can't answer my call. The hold music is very irritating. Daniel as supposed to call, but didn't. I've lived here for over 50 years and never had a rodent problem until now. I signed up with this company so I wouldn't have to worry about rodents, but that isn't the case.

We have been using Halts services for close to a year now and have been very happy. They were super helpful getting rid of the sugar ants when the weather changed and have helped with rat issues around our house as well. They’re always friendly and on time and very respectful. At our last visit we had a man named Steve come out, he was so helpful and informative. He spent time with my husband explaining where he was going to put bait traps because I had seen a rat activity and was very friendly and helpful with all of our questions. I would highly recommend using Halt for your pest control services.

My daughter and son-in-law recommended your service after you got rid of a massive ant infestation in their house. I had seen first hand what they moved in to. While the ants at my house were no where near what they had gone through, the ants were enough to creep me out. They were really BUGGING me. I knew, or was fairly certain that you could eliminate the ant problem. Your technician was very professional and thorough as well as knowledgeable and helpful.
