Technicians are excellent and very professional. Exceptional service!

We have been very pleased with the outcome of the service provided. We do wish we had a something that showed what months and what service was to be performed. Having a text or email ahead of the service would also be appreciated instead of a call on the day of service.

No issues. It looks like our main goal of pushing the moles out of grassy areas is working. There are fewer and fewer mole hills in the landscaped areas of The Bridges.

I was very frustrated trying to schedule a date for spraying our condo complex last week. This has not happened before. If it happens again next time, we will look for another company to work for us. The problem was not with the staff, who tried to help us, nor was it with the tech. He was fine. Rather it seems to be with a new system of scheduling. We need to schedule several days in advance so that we can let all of our homeowners know when to expect the spraying, because they have to have their individual gates unlocked for access. Also, it can't be moved from morning to afternoon, or visa versa, without consultation with us. I hope we can get this resolved.

My technician was pleasant, answered my questions. If he didn’t have the answers regarding billing he referred me to the right person.

I'm pissed that no one let me know that a) the company had changed and changed products and b) that my service tech had changed too. I'm not sure how the products work or don't work yet.

Please don’t text for a review at 7:30 am. It is inconsiderate to wake people up that early when some people have to work late into the night.

I had trouble signing in as I was not told my existing account did not transfer to the portal. Once I created a new account it is working good.

Scheduler didn't communicate to exterminator that this was an issue call, not quarterly treatment. Exterminator handled issue, but then did not do quarterly treatment even though visit was scheduled for it. Need better communication!
