I believed. I lived away from Tucson and was purchasing a home. I asked many questions and spoke with Mr. Rigo in person.

I had seen strange tubes hanging from the garage ceiling but was assured the termites were not in my ceiling. My home was contracted to be treated. I was protected.

Now when the tubes are hanging in my great room Rigo's own tech tells me termites are in my attic. They are probably in the back wall. The whole house was not treated when I purchased two years ago. They have been destroying what should have been protected. Rigo is not renewing, retreating, or returning my phone call.

Don't be like me. Do not believe. Take your money somewhere else.

Just joined on with Rigo Pest Prevention.....so far, so good. Price is reasonable and they even give a discount if you pay yearly. Technician is easy to reach as we have his work cell phone number and not have to go through the office to talk to him. They come out between treatments, at no charge, should you have a problem. Even take care of birds and rats which is important here in this part of the U.S.

Matthew was on time and explained his services thoroughly. I was happy to hear that Rigo does not have
to come into my home and spray for pests. They do a really good job of applying the chemicals everywhere necessary outside of the home and do more areas than previous service. He was helpful in setting up my account for online payment with their new computer program.
