Our call to Robin Aire was for an emergency. We learned our hot water tank cracked the evening prior to the one day before Thanksgiving! I called them late that night and the next morning the service guys called me, came out, looked at the problem and then put in a new tank that day. This gave us the reason we were very thankful for on the next day when we celebrated Thanksgiving! We were very grateful for such excellent service! The phone receptionist and the repairmen were friendly and did a great job. We have purchased and used Robin Aire's Furnace, Air and Water upkeep program for many years and are very satisfied with how they have aways come through for us.

The service was exemplary. Christian knocked on the door, but prior to that acknowledged that he was going to be 15 minutes prior to arrival, which he was exactly on time. He was very informative, and even though I was working from home, he had minimal noise while doing his task, he was also very informative informing me that I had a part that needed repair quickly. Found the estimate for said part and let me know all of the options that were available to me. We definitely will use Robinaire when it comes time to replace our furnace.

The Service man Bryan was very polite and congenial. He also took the time to explain every thing so I could understand what he was doing and why he was doing it. He was VERY knowledgeable and professional and friendly. The cost of the service rendered was very reasonable. I will definitely call Robin Aire next time.

Denny Todd did a great job, very professional. represents Robin Air in a good way. Can work on our Furness anytime. All so the Furness went up to 60 degrees at 6:00 am I took a picture and will send a text to Denny.

Great work. Two minor things. Left lights on in basement knowing I couldn’t go down stairs. Second my floor drain cover is missing. Other than that great guys great work.

Waited a few days for a circuit board to be repaired which is to be expected however I was charged $820 for 2.5 hours of labor and the part. Part is $190 anywhere online. So, $731 for the part and installation plus the $89 Diag Charge (Diag charge I'm OK with). Called to discuss the charge and was told basically the flat rate is the flat rate pay me. Buy the way the $820 was after a 25% discount for being a maintenance plan customer with them. $292.00 an hour for labor?? Never again Robin Aire. Furnace is 20 years old so guess who will not be getting the $10,000 replacement job when it eventually will be needed.
Side note: Tech was great and did exactly what he needed to do to replace the part. No complaints with the tech.

Service this morning was perfect. Austin arrived with a smile on his face and did a great job in doing the annual inspection and maintenance. Had our boiler maintenance check today, and was very pleased with the service from Robin Aire. Quinn, our technician was very nice and did a thorough job. Technician came on time to my house. Standby generator was installed in one day. At the end of installation, the technician with me instructions. I wish all his instructions were on the paper so that I can do a follow up
