Ian Lange, is and excellent service tech, he arrived on site and quickly reviewed my concerns (ongoing and future). He diagnosed and quickly got my unit operational again. We also, as requested, discussed the life expectancy of the unit (hot water tank) and gave me a quote to have the unit replaced.

I was so impressed with the professionalism of my techs that installed my new heating/cooling system. They promptly arrived on time and proceeded to get started on installation immediately. They worked very hard all day to get the job completed. Made sure that they cleaned up afterwards. Upon completion everything from unit to new thermostat was explained in great detail. I will most certainly recommend Robin Aire to all my family and friends. Kudos!!!

Dion did a fantastic job examining our furnace. He was polite, courteous, knowledgeable and was very willing to explain and show me every aspect of a furnace safety check. I was shocked at how extensive his safety check was and realized the importance of it. He was a pleasure to work with and a true asset to your company. I hope he will return to our condo in the future.

Our new steam boiler was installed yesterday. The technicians arrived promptly at 7am and went to work. They were professional, hard working, left us with heat and no mess. It was a long day for them, we had heat by 6pm, they did not leave until they verified all the radiators were heating. Robin Aire also pulled the permits, and will help arrange the city inspection. We have been using them for years and their professional manner and knowledge will continue to keep us a loyal customer. Don't go anywhere else.

Robin Aire has always been prompt and professional. They do not sell you things you do not need. Loved the online scheduler especially since our boiler went out New Year’s Eve! Thank you.
