This is our rating for the INITIAL visit. I had a couple of questions prior to that visit and they were answered via a call back from Select. Regarding the visit, Dequan was passionate about the work, courteous, jovial and very responsive to our input. I'm looking forward to the follow-up visit in 7 to 10 days.
Taymar and the other staff from select exterminating are fantastic. Excellent service and excellent communication. It’s a joy to have a monthly service with y’all.

We are not happy because: you did not give us details of the type of extermination you did; the type of pests exterminated; what parts of the house was the extermination done. The extermination and the bill must be on your business letterhead, not on mere piece of paper. The report and the accompanying bill must bear your official contact phone number or attached business card. This is a mandatory requirement by the Town of Babylon. Unless and until these details are provided, we cannot assess your quality of work as professional and satisfactory.

It has been 4 days that you put out the traps and 2 of them the gate has failed and closed out. The pregnant racoon has been on my roof/yard and not gone near your traps. I would like to cancel my contract and you can come and pick up your traps. Closed to $1,000 with 0% sucess.

My experience with Select Exterminating was very pleasant. The exterminator, Devon was very knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to go over what took place. Also, Danielle, who scheduled the appointment was very professional and nice to deal with. I will recommend Select. I am also happy that I have a 6 month call back. Thank you all!

Treatments are thorough and effective when completed, but there has been quite a bit of confusion about scheduling. I am signed up for monthly treatments, but there have been several occasions when the technician has shown up to spray much sooner than a month and I have had to turn him away. (Worst case was coming again only 1 week after treatment was done.) They need to improve communication between the office and the technicians in the field.
