Sentry

Just called this morning and had my termite inspection done before two pm. Great service as always.

Friendly, competent and reasonably priced.

We worked with Mike and Danial. Mike set everything up and Daniel did an excellent job of keeping us up to date on the timing of his arrival, the inspection as well as offering advice. He was very friendly, efficient and professional.

We are well satisfy with the outcome.

The young man who came to our home was very respectful and friendly. He did his inspection in a timely manner and went to his next job.

After numerous calls requesting for another visit, since the 1st one only seemed to increase the numbers, nothing has been done. Two weeks ago, they said they would schedule another trip out. Of course, it's been nothing since. Don't bother. I'm sure they faked their own ratings and reviews if this is the kind of service they give. Total waste of money and time as well as too many phone calls for less than nothing!

Sentry came out to my Roper, NC home fast! I wanted camera pictures and details to serve as documentation of the wood condition and they provided it for me. Very easy to deal with. Mike is highly responsive. Will recommend Sentry.

We have been with Sentey since we built our home in Columbia in 1995. When we moved to Dare County in 2010 we were happy that Sentry would still take care of us.In 2019 we built a new home on Roanoke Island and Sentry has taken care of it, too. We have been pleased all these years to deal with such a great company with good people.

We are very pleased with our service Sentry provides, also Don is always on prompt and if he should be behind my husband always receives a call from him, very dependable person.
