I want to praise Jeffery. He was amazing. He was informative, kind, compassionate and told me what to do to keep up with ridding our problem. We booked a second visit right with him. He was very through. I can't tell you Smithereen how he helped us. He is a keeper.

The worst. I had someone come out to fill in some access points around the perimeter of my house. The guy didn"t have a ladder and said someone would be calling me to schedule someone else to come out and never got a call back. I called them 3 times and was told a manager would be calling me back and never got a call back. It was one huge run around. This isn"t the first time I"ve had an issue with them but it"s certainly the last.

After working with some big name pest control companies, and feeling like a number on a page without great service or consideration, Smithereen's Edgar was a breath of fresh air! The service is amazing and the results were almost instant. Hard work doesn't have to be hard.
We are so lucky to have Mark Jurardo as our service technician. He is highly professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. His is always available for any questions I might have and most importantly he's been accessible for every call or text, even on holidays. I couldn't offer a more positive recommendation for Mark, and I look forward to his on-going work at our restaurant.

Montrell is awesome. Prompt, professional, knowledgeable and extremely thorough. We have the annual plan…such a huge difference in our ability to enjoy the areas outside of our home (deck, porch, yard) compared to when we did not have regular maintenance. Highly recommended.

Been with them for 40 some year, never had a reason to change, most of the time, NO problems (with pests) but have had some, eg bed bugs, mice rats etc over the years and they solved the problems--even tho often taking a while.

Had a bird problem, called them they came out solved the problem and fixed everything up. I’d definitely recommend them and I’d use their services again if I ever need it.

We are happy with the service when they expect interior and exterior. However, they often say they are unable to access the inside of the building. This is hard to believe, as there are 20 students who live here. They need to ring the office and residents bell heartily, two times if necessary, and someone should come to let them in.

Our tech Derrick is always helpful and responsive. Any issues that need further investigation are handled well by management.
I have worked with Patrick Crotty closely since 2017 here at the University of Chicago OI museum. Whenever the OI receives a pest complaint, Mr. Crotty is on site the following day to address the complaint with a quick treatment and the complaints subside. During our most troubling time with field mice, Mr. Crotty prepared a treatment package with multiple snap trap boxes and out door bait boxes, and deployed them within the building and its perimeter thus eliminating the mice sightings. Mr. Crotty is an exceptional employee and an incredible asset to the OIM.
