My only complaint so far is the cost. It is high and no senior discount. I live on social security alone and the cost means I have cut down on food cost which is difficult. I have diabetes so maintaining my blood sugar is a priority. The other complaint is in the contract is said the service will only be terminated with a written notice at the end of service. This should have been disclosed before the signing of the contract which it was not. Many senior have issues with memory.
