I have no idea what happened or did not happen. I am no longer in Hong Kong, traveled to Bangkok a couple days ago, then going to Taipei in early January, then back to Hong Kong. It is best for us to communicate on the app called WhatsApp, as it is free calls, free texting and free video. Perhaps we could talk there and I can ask the questions I would like to ask.

Always been pleased with Sorenson's; have had 3 service people and all were very professional. Love the fact I can call with an issue and the response time is great. My son in law even saw a favorable comment to my daughter and he called Shane for rats in their rental's walls. I currently have a family of mice living in an appliance and Shane is very determined to help me.

We really are disappointed with our service. We have been paying for over a year for a service that was not being completely done because of lack of communication. The rental home we were paying to have serviced was not serviced in the back of the property or inside the home. The cockroaches and spiders inside were disgusting. The cabinets were full of cockroaches also. When we spoke to the service man he said he couldn't service the back because the renter had pets and he didn't service the inside because he wasn't asked to. In short. We were paying for full service and did not receive it as we learned when the tenant moved out. It makes us feel like we were stolen from.

WE HAD SOME ANTS GET INTO THE HOUSE. SORENSON CAME OUT RIGHT AWAY TO ATTACK THE PROBLEM AND RETURNED UNTIL THE PROBLEM WAS TAKEN CARE OF. NO EXTRA CHARGE FOR THE EXTRA SERVICE.

The tech cleans off the spider webs and works his scheduled visits around our schedule so we are here to contain our obnoxious and very protective dog. If we have a problem with ants inside between scheduled visits, we just have to call and the ant trails are treated.

No. I want to cancel my service. I was reported to Collections after only 5 days with your company. Your employee Margie called asking for payment I called back but she was not there so I told the person who answered the phone that I was getting the payment set up. She called again the following day and I called back and she was not available so I told the caller that I was still working on getting the payment. I went into my account on Wednesday evening 9/14/22 and my account was closed and a message saying I was reported to collections. My inital service was performed on 9/9/2022. Everything that I have researched states it is bad practice to send someone to collections before 90 days. I am very disappointed with this type of harrassment I hace paid my initial payment of $100.00 but would like the contract terminated.

I contracted Sorenson to have our new house taken care of as the previous tenants had it roach infested. They came out within a week and took care of the problem. It's been about 2 weeks and I haven't seen any roaches anywhere inside or around the property. I am very happy with their services and would highly recommend them!
