SPC has been taking care of our carpenter ant issues for many years and we recently needed assistance with a mouse situation. Technician was polite and professional. He fully understood my attempts to discourage/eliminate the ants. He explained the company's process, and safety. He also explained how to notice the effects of the gel on the ant population-explaining the 2 or 3 surges to expect in the control process. I'm happy with his and the company's treatment. See him in a month.

I have a trailer at HoodCanal and have experienced some very smelly droppings, dishes,and silverware drawers. Can you imagine that.... all of the disinfection and washing of EVERYTHING!!!! Since I hired Sound pest Control my life is just right. NO Nothing. Would not be without them. Same thing with the little beach house. NOTHING Just the way you want things.

I recently dealt with a persistent mole problem in my yard, where hills were constantly appearing and damaging the lawn. After researching local options, I chose Sound Pest Control, and overall, I've been impressed with their service so far.
Troy Blackwell was the technician who handled my case, and he was professional from start to finish. He arrived on time last Friday (August 8), conducted a thorough inspection, and clearly explained the treatment plan. They used castor oil granules as a repellent and placed poisonous worm baits strategically throughout the active areas—enough to target what seemed like several mole territories. Troy was knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and took care to ensure the methods were safe for my pets and the environment.
It's only been about a week since the treatment (as of August 15), and while there's still some mole activity with new tunnels appearing, the team assured me this is normal and that full extermination could take up to a month as the moles either consume the baits or are repelled away. I've already noticed a slight reduction in the frequency of new hills, which is encouraging, and I'm following their advice to monitor and be patient.
Sound Pest Control's communication has been excellent—they followed up with prevention tips and were transparent about the timeline. Pricing felt reasonable for the expertise provided. If you're facing a similar issue, I'd recommend giving them a try; ask for Troy if possible. I'll update if needed, but I'm optimistic about the results. 4.5 stars!

The technician arrived on time and appeared to know what he was talking about. All is good so far, considering this was their first, inspection / trap / bait station visit. Follow up in 2 weeks. We'll see how it all goes.

I am very happy with Sound Pest Control's service! The guy that has been coming out here is a real nice young man that is Very knowledgeable, and he knows what he is doing, and he likes his job! I had such a horrible rat infestation and now I am not seeing them every time I go out into my barn to feed my dairy goats! they were so bad that I had to chase them out of my goat's feeders every time I fed them!
