The two technicians came and had us show them the places we had seen cockroaches and then told us what they would do to take care of them. They suggested either a follow up visit in 2 weeks or a month. He said there wasn’t much activity so he felt it was ok to wait a month. Then they said we had to leave for 4 hours, with our dog, until everything dried. We came back quite a bit later and everything was taken care of. We are happy with the results so far!

I first thought I had carpenter ants, but after Richard examined my porch, he told me they were powder post Beetles. He made several excellent suggestions on how to proceed. No I am not happy with the service. It has been 2 visits over 6 weeks and $350 and I still have ants in the same place. I find that your techs are not aggressive in treatment; did not do a thorough inspection initially; but merely treated where I told them I had seen ants. I would have thought some kind of treatment in the crawl space would be part of the service either a bug bomb or introduction of a chemical thru vent screens...didn't happen. Just put bait where I said I had seen activity. I certainly question the effectiveness of the bait based on the results. This is the review I will post on review web sites.

The pest control inspector was very proffessional. Having expected the inspector to find a rodent problem, I was pleasantly surprised to find out from the inspector there was no evidence of any rodent activity. Because there was no evidence of rodents, and no need to se t traps, the cost of the inspection was reduced almost half the original fee. I would recommend Sound Pest Control to anyone.
