We have always thought that you guys have done quality work and have always come through for us when ever there was an issue. The only reason I did not give you 5 stars, is that in the past year or so, we have noticed the product that you are using is leaving our windows stained and it is nearly impossible to remove. Not sure if this is a new product or how this can be helped. It is not on all windows but primarily smaller windows, specifically over the kitchen and the front door and window above the door.

We had a lot of problems with tent Caterpillars, wasps, ants and other nasty bugs. Our grandson is highly allergic to wasp/bee stings. Terminator came and sprayed the foundation and top of our home. No more bug problems. They did an excellent job and we are happy with the results!
