This is a review of the bedbug service that Terminix has performed for us. The good part, and the only good part was the outstanding helpfulness and responsiveness shown by our inspector/sales rep Richard Hatherill. He did everything possible to achieve a positive outcome, which, unfortunately was not the result.

The bedbug treatment was unsatisfactory, as we are now facing the same problem, and have been since 10 days after the guarantee period (I should have earlier questioned a skimpy 30 day guarantee for a $1,100+ service). I find myself trying to combat a bedbug problem with a vacuum cleaner and a washing machine and no real skills, with little to no assurance that I will have any lasting success. I spent a solid two weeks of intensive preparation for the treatment, which turned out to be wasted work,.

The yard needs to be sprayed more thoroughly, there's no way the tech was here long enough to spray the entire yard properly. Tech that came to spray didn't de-web the house of spider webs, and the inside needs to be sprayed again. If not resolved, we would want to get a refund and cancel our contract.

A Terminix employee came by the other day to check the termite traps around my house. He was on time, very professional, knew exactly what he was doing, found all the traps (even one I had lost track of), replaced bait in those that needed replacing, and was willing to talk with me about what he was doing and why. Highly recommended.

Technician addressed our quarterly and was very professional & personable!

Jeremy performed our annual termite inspection and our quarterly pest treatment. He thoroughly inspected our crawl space( which you can stand erect in many places) and took at least 10 samples of joists. No evidence of termite activity. Dryness of wood was in the excellent range. (we have a dehumidifier in that space). He then performed the pest treatment throughout the crawl space and then outside perimeter. He also used the long bruch to wipe away spider webs. Excellent job and very thorough. Good job Jeremy!!
