Overall I am satisfied. I’ve been a long time customer. I do have a few issues. 1. The yearly termite and crawlspace renewal is way overpriced. The discharge pipe to the dehumidifier is broken and hasn’t been repaired. 2. For some reason black widows and brown recluses are not being targeted. 3. My workshop is inundated with sowbugs which attracts spiders.

Palm from Terminix came to inspect the house. He was communicative, gregarious, responded to my questions and concerns with patience. Provided context to my experiences with Terminix that confirmed he was listening without judgement to my feedback, preferences and Terminix priorities. He was calm, cool, laid back, informative and thorough, attending to overall customer satisfaction over the past months and providing insights on possible Terminix upsell investments in a neighborly, non-pushy, non-ick manner, which I really appreciated on this early Saturday morning. The recent attic insulation job went well and the two employees who came to the residence did a great job. With regards to the wildlife department that handled the work (addition of wildlife screens) on the eaves of the house, communication was horrible. On the initial date that the eave work was supposed to take place, the work on only one eave was completed. There was no communication as to why only one was done at the time and we had to follow-up as to when the second one would be completed. The second time that someone came to the residence from the wildlife department, the work on the second screen was completed. However, the employee never made any sort of effort to communicate that they had completed the work. Some sort of door hanger should have been left or an attempt to ring the doorbell at the house should have taken place. I really did appreciate the follow-up from Canon who made sure the work was finally completed.
