Below is a copy of the review I wrote earlier for the branch office.

Being an out of country customer is not the preferred situation for an owner who always wants to be on site when any work is done. It requires trust in the service organization, confident that their work will be performed meticulously, carefully, and completely. This trust was further cemented when Donte, the TERMINIX professional who inspected my property, called me in Japan to provide the results of his inspection. His extensive knowledge in pest control and job satisfaction became clear during our 10-15 minute conversation.

Bottom line - Talk to TERMINIX If you are looking for a quality pest control service organization.

I signed up initially on August 8th for service that was conducted approximately one week later. The technician was scheduled to arrive at 8:00am and arrived 40 minutes late. Less than a month later the same technician showed up at my house on Friday, 2 September at 5:30pm to do this month's treatment. No phone call received ahead of time and less than a month later. Very unhappy with service!

I am somewhat happy with the initial treatment and my contact with Brad was excellent. When the tech came he was supposed to put a "box" on the wall where there might be damage and was also supposed to inject "foam into that wall. He only did outside work so that part of the initial treatment is yet to be done.
