For some reason I can’t remember the Techs name but he was great. The first time I have ever seem a tech lay on the ground to look for ants coming into my home. He took care of a couple wasp nests as well. He was extremely thorough. I know we made the right choice with hiring Terminix.

Good you just can’t come people house and charge account with notify them what’s going on. You let them know you coming to your house. Can’t provide I sign a contract for every three months. Why try to scam people out there money.

People came to do a job and did not do what they were suppose to do! Very disappointing! Now they have to come back! Only the electrician who connected sump pump and Leon the pest control guy did their job! Very disappointing !

So far, I've had an excellent experience with Terminix. Michael Stroud, consultant was very knowledgeable and thorough when it came to explaining services. He was also able to get a tech out to my residence the same day we signed the contract. Tray Cole, the tech was also very knowledgeable and explained in detail how the roaches could be getting into our home. We discovered they were hanging out in the attic and not only sprayed the attic but offered recommendations to prevent them (as much as possible) from wanting to nest up there. Both were very professional, and I felt comfortable with them in my home! I will be requesting Tray to come back out on future visits if possible!
