We have been using Bug Runner for years. Opted to do quarterly contract rather than call as needed. Now we consider this as vital for home maintenance as other insurances. Any sight of wasps, ants, mice… Carl comes out, evaluates, discusses remedy & immediately solves infestation b4 it damages our property. Odd to say one ❤️a bug killer but there it is! Joe did a superb job eliminating an ugly wasp nest that formed on the sliding backyard door of my home. He was prompt on arrival, professional and courteous. I’ve been with Bug Runner for years and they do not disappoint . I even actually had a field mouse get in and Jeremy took care of it and within hours it was gone .. bees . Ants … everything .. call Bug Runner and do not forget deer tick treatment … a must this year.

I got a call that the tech was by my house and I was unaware that there was appt since nobody called

Disappointed for the first time in 30 years . Worker said he rang our bell to come in to spray for ants. Not true we were home all day. Our door bell is extremely loud . He said he sprayed the outside ?? He did come back after we called.and did spray for ants .
