Well this appointment was set up as a consult free to see the property. When the guy got here he said we would need to leave for 3 hours so he could spray inside. Not knowing that ahead of time we had to decline. I asked him to just spray outside at a minimum. He did that, sprayed and left. He never told us when he was done, no goodbye. It was kinda odd.

I was not notified that a service was scheduled. I did not see the service person. I have a dog and I would not know to keep her off the treated surfaces. The only way I know a service was delivered is because I received a notification that I was charged for a service.
The Bugman always provides excellent service. Adrian our assigned technician is thorough and explains what the problem areas he finds and treats it appropriately. Well done!

I was told that all of the cobwebs would be removed from the house during quarterly treatments but the house is still covered in cobwebs following my 9/1 treatment.
