The tenting was good but there are other problems. The garden clean up was poor. Pots moved but not returned. There are bits hanging from the roof. Also termite damage has not been fixed.

Hello, Mike Pointer here. It appears the termites have not returned so I believe all is good. But, when I ordered the estimate, I was told I'd receive and email 2 to 3 days after the estimate. I had to keep calling to ask where's the estimate. The last on the phone told me it takes 7 to 10 days. I was starting to lose confidence but I did receive it and all seems to be well. Thorough inspection. Isaiah took pictures that I thought he said that he would send to me, but can't find any in text or email. Logan treated areas. I asked about repair (Bondo) of any wood exposed areas or dry rot. Logan said that he would have Isaiah give me a proposal. Two day later, noticed "sawdust" around one of the areas treated.
