Hello, Mike Pointer here. It appears the termites have not returned so I believe all is good. But, when I ordered the estimate, I was told I'd receive and email 2 to 3 days after the estimate. I had to keep calling to ask where's the estimate. The last on the phone told me it takes 7 to 10 days. I was starting to lose confidence but I did receive it and all seems to be well. Thorough inspection. Isaiah took pictures that I thought he said that he would send to me, but can't find any in text or email. Logan treated areas. I asked about repair (Bondo) of any wood exposed areas or dry rot. Logan said that he would have Isaiah give me a proposal. Two day later, noticed "sawdust" around one of the areas treated. Would like to know the results of having four baited traps in place for two weeks. No feedback at all. Very disappointed that no guaranteed interior service was offered for rodent control. Past service experience with the Bugman was more aggressive and comprehensive.
I’m so happy I went with the Bugman! Our Tech Adrian is always professional and assist us with any questions and issues we have. We’ve struggled in the past with ants and spiders but since we’ve went with the quarterly pest control service, we haven’t had a problem since. We also have 2 dogs and I appreciate that they use a solution that is not harmful to them.
My experience with the bugman. was excellent. They let me know when they were going to be at my home. Asked me where I had concerns they communicated with me what they were going to do and when they were finished they went over what they had done. I just left another company that I was with for 7yers do to lack of communication.
And with the bugman the communication was great!
