Service technician was not very motivated or responsive to fulfill my concerns. Tech only spent 20 minuets to perform tasks. His spraying of property was very nonchalant. Would prefer another tech for follow-up but your company has only one tech for my area thereby limiting my choices. I had to wait 4 days for service and paid quite a bit for 20 minutes. Totally disappointed. Hopefully follow up service will be more productive.

You are going to have to come back and spray again. We still have a lot of spiders and webs. I have killed over 10 spiders in our garage alone this past week. I used windex to kill them. We have also observed quite a few spiders and webs around the outside of the house. Maybe you need to use something stronger to kill them. We were disappointed to still have so many spiders after paying so much to have them eliminated.

We have had Bugman for several years and at present have three homes with you. I am told by several people that the treatment you use for termites will also kill ants...after all of these years it would have nice if your inspector could have 'squirted' ONE spot at my daughter's house. Over nine hundred dollars a year and can't get one little 'squirt' for ants without paying additional fees. Very discouraging and am currently looking for a replacement serice. Camille Pettgrew.
