We have used The Bugman for many years. They are very reliable and consistent. Our Bugman, Adrian, will call us to remind us the time and day of our appointment. He will call us the evening before and call us 30 minutes before he arrives. He checks to see if we need any special treatments. When he completes the work, he reminds of the safety for our pets. I highly recommend this service. As long as I have a home I will depend on The Bugman!

"Bugman dropped the ball Saturday. The tech showed up at 8:30 am but no one called me to let him in. I came in at 10:00 and waited. I called the office at 11:30 and they told me he'd already been and gone.

I don't tolerate people disrespecting my time, or anybody’s time for that matter.

They're rescheduled for Friday, July 17, same time. We'll use them for this visit, but we'll definitely be considering other options going forward.".

Hello. Started service with you on 6-29. Have paid $305 to date. $250 startup. $55 first monthly. Called this am before you opened to report an ant invasion in the kitchen. Spoke with answering service. No one called back. I called again at 11:35 and was told the soonest someone could come out is tomorrow but that the hours are 8 to 5 open. Not the service I expected. Nor did I expect an ant issue so soon. Need to call another company as I cannot wipe up ants and spray Windex all day long. -Mitch Farmer 8650 Franklin Ave 90069.

Adrian did a great job spraying all around the outside of our home. Although when I requested an additional 8 traps he only provided us with 4, when there are over 8 traps located throughout the inside of our home. He indicated that new traps were provided last time and that they should still be good. As I went to throw the existing traps in the trash can I noticed that one trap had two water bugs dead inside. We wish he would have replaced ALL the traps inside our home since it will not be until September (our next service) when the traps can be replaced.
Great service, great team, and The Bug Man has always addressed my concerns and requests regarding scheduling pest control, spraying and pest treatments.
Bug Man service person provides great service. He explains in detail what bug/insect issues he sees while servicing property.

I was not very pleased to learn that you were using a third-party company for the fumigation. Had I known that I would’ve contracted a third-party company on my own. The hoops that I have to jump through at the last minute to satisfy your contracted company policies were tremendously inconvenient. The fact that I couldn’t negotiate with you directly, cause me a great deal of stress while I was traveling, and I had to get multiple others involved to assist me. I’m sure you folks do well with your monthly scheduled services. However, I would recommend that you let people know that they’re not dealing with your company when they’re doing a few fumigation.
