It was wonderful!

1. I was very clear that as a vegan I was uncomfortable with the process of exterminating the mice and didn't want to have to remove the mice in the traps, so asked many times for two visits per week (which I said I would pay for), yet was never given the service. 2. There were some missed visits due to thinking I was not home, and I had informed staff that my housekeeper is home all day on Tuesdays. She would look out for them but we would then hear that they came but we were not home. 3. One of the staff came to fix the covers for the crawl space but when he looked at the work required, said he was not informed that at least one of the covers was so complex so could not do the work. Someone else came out a week later, and instead of making a nice replacement, just took a bunch of screen and bolted the screen all over the complex part of the cover (where tubes went into the crawl space) to the wall of the house. This does not look professional and even though I said I was not happy with the result, nothing was done. The other simple covers look good 4. There were often long wait times when calling to talk to someone. 5. Different people came every time, which I felt was confusing and did not allow anyone to get a true idea of where the traps were located and where the mice were congregating. I felt that having a more consistant staff member would have led to a better result. 6. One of the staff that came to the house pointed out there were gaps in my french doors that would allow mice into the house, and was surprised this was not mentioned and addressed.
Overall, the staff that came to the house were really nice and helpful, but seemed powerless to address any of my concerns. 7. Lastly, traps were laid out on the day which was supposed to be the final visit (I didn't realize this), and when I called to have them removed they phone attendant seemed very confused as to why traps were out, so I will have to wait two weeks to have them removed due to fact the only day someone is there all day is Tuesday. I have never called or used such a company before, but I think that there needed to be much better communication, and to understand that I was asking for some extra consideration given my discomfort with killing the mice.

We had a very nice and gentleman guy to perform the job. He explained everything to us. Unfortunately due to weather conditions we still see too many ants and other insects in our backyard. Will appreciate if it will get sprayed once again.

Lance was great! He was very efficient and professional. The ants came back with a vengeance a few days later and I texted him. He came the very next day. It was very much appreciated! I just wish that the ants would not return, but they continue to invade the house (although there are less).

They were outstanding from first call speaking to Rocky who set up my appointment and then Raul who came out to do my service. It is not very often you get great rep on phone and great service guy was very pleased I called them. I received my quarterly service appointment for spiders and insects today from my usual serviceman, Ivan Avila.
Ivan came within the expected timeframe, cheerful and ready to apply the company's treatment to all the needed areas around my property. He even applied an additional substance to ward off the abundance of webbing that I have noticed this summer.
Ivan is just the best and a great representative of the company.

Service now was two hours early for her appointment which is usually a good sign. I was eager to start today I am however I was just waking up so I went back to bed and after he left and I woke up I reviewed my ADT camera and he only did half of the house. He did the front and one side he didn’t go to the back gate into the backyard and I wondered why?
