Adrian was punctual, professional, and courteous. He checks in upon arrival and departure.
Narciso arrived right on time at 8 AM. He performed a visual inspection, since I advised him that the house had been repainted just the month before and I didn’t want any “poke holes“ that might break the seal of the new paint.
Then we proceeded indoors and he visually checked the window sills, inside closets, and underneath sinks.
And finally, after I had mentioned that in heavy rain, a pool of water would form just outside our property line, he suggested to consider a quote for subterranean termites, which are apparently attracted to damp areas. So he remeasured the perimeter of the house and provided us with a quote.
Overall, Narciso was pleasant, polite, informational and professional.
And he confirmed No bugs to deal with at this time!!

The tenting was good but there are other problems. The garden clean up was poor. Pots moved but not returned. There are bits hanging from the roof. Also termite damage has not been fixed.

Hello, Mike Pointer here. It appears the termites have not returned so I believe all is good. But, when I ordered the estimate, I was told I'd receive and email 2 to 3 days after the estimate. I had to keep calling to ask where's the estimate. The last on the phone told me it takes 7 to 10 days. I was starting to lose confidence but I did receive it and all seems to be well.
