The service technician Scott was very personable, knowledgeable, and efficient. He took care of a very large hornet nest as well as treated our home for bugs. This is the second time we have seen him at our home and we are impressed.

It hasn't been a week since my property was treated but as far as the employees are concerned they were professional and friendly. I was impressed with the spraying along baseboards. Terminex would do a quick squirt to only the corners of a room.Again,it has not been a full week since treatment but I have a feeling this is going to work. I'm glad I answered the door to learn about SENATE.

Yes We are satisfied with web removal around the windows including those at front door.Not widows front door it self has spider web on medical alert lock box,and support column spider nest at joint of hand rail,seems to me a good business would be to do those identified locations the amount of time consumed I would estimate less than 5 minutes.None the less we are satisfied Mr.and Mrs.Scott.

We are very pleased with your company's representatives, Logan and Lowel.They were very professional and really took their time with me to explain the pest/bug treatment. They walked with me around the whole perimeter of our house and explained, in depth, how your company works and the service you provide. They were super nice and very polite.I had not considered using a professional pest control company until I met them. I told them that I was extremely arachnidphobic, terrified of those Huge water bugs, and spider crickets will make me literally run out of the room! 😂 The thought of going through the summer without those monsters, had me sold. Those guys really should be commended for doing such a great job!

I was very unhappy when the Sales person told me what was going to happen didn’t. After it was explained to me I cancelled my contract.

The guy who came to spray my house was wonderful. He was efficient, got along great with my giant dog, and did exactly what I asked the company to do, which isn’t their standard work, so I’m very appreciative. My concern is that I’m supposed to have an initial inspection of my house, according to the contract I just signed, and according to what I’ve just paid. I know that what happened today clearly wasn’t that. So as of now, I’ve paid for an inspection that hasn’t happened. Thus the average rating. I will modify my rating once the inspection occurs.

I'm a little discarded that there has been little or no improvement with the moles. And scheduling an appointment seem rather difficult because the appointment time keeps changing and your service representative of the appointment is repeatedly late.

Your representative was on time and very polite during our first appointment. He was very informative in how things would work.

This has been an experience in how to get rid of moles. Chad and Daryl have been to my house and are very professional. I believe with what they are doing they will get rid of these moles before they do more damage. I appreciate everything they are doing, and this problem will be solved. Thank you, Leslee Luettel.

I was very well pleased with the service that I received. They were very prompt after I call and came out the same day. The gentleman, David, was very through explaining everything. And the two men who did the work were very nice and did a great job with the repair they did installing the Critter Guard on my roof. Michael Mccaffrey was incredibly professional and prompt with his service. He was willing to answer any questions I had and he was clear and concise regarding what he planned on taking care of in terms of Termite & Pest Control. I had a very positive experience and Senate has an excellent employee representing them.

We have a very good experience with Senate Termites & Pest Control. Mr Derrick Williams who made the initial inspection, was very courteous and professional. He spent a good 45 minutes underneath the crawl space.
Darrell, the technician, was also very courteous and professional. He removed rodents activity within the crawlspace and sanitize crawlspace thoroughly, sealed outside openings around HVAC units and placed 2 traps, in crawlspace and in garage.
After a week, Darrell made his first inspection: no rodents activities.
W will wait and see results on future inspections within the 90-day warranty.

Service really didn’t help follow up was random and not really in time specified , there should be a contact or email scheduling follow up in even payment is necessary just a curtesy to your customer.
