It went pretty good you were able to come out same day with an extra charge. Waited a few days to go down there and their may have been close to a couple hundred down there. I got them all picked up eventhough some were still moving. I thought that would be all but I went every 2 or 3 days after that and was still finding a bunch of bees. So I called recently and the person said it was normal so I'm going with that. It is my mother's house and she is wondering when she can go in the basement to do laundry. I'm hoping one day soon I will be able to say no more bees around mom. But I guess it's a process. I just wish someone would have let me know it would be a process.

I was pleased with Town and Country Pest Solutions who came to spray around my whole house after I was stung by about 15 wasps and hornets who had taken up residence in the deck box where my chair cushions were stored. When I opened the box to get out the cushions, hundreds of these critters flew at me, stinging my arms, legs and flying up my shorts and T-shirt stinging my torso and thighs. I hope to never have an experience like this again because I was in extreme pain and went to Urgent Care to get some medical advise and medication. I will call them again in the Spring of 2027 to get my whole house sprayed again as a preventative measure.

JOSIAH was thorough as well as pleasant. It appears that the Yellow Jackets are gone….a couple flying arouind according to the roofer who did repairs today to the vent boot where the bees were entering….don’t know if Josiah treat the roof area where they were also entering bwtween the siding and the shingles as his comments did not mention that area…..so far, we assume, so good…thanks for your quick attention to our problem(s)…….

I thought that whoever was going to come in was going to check around for where the infestation was coming through as I really wanted to know where to track the ants, and the guy didn't provide me with that and seemed annoyed with me when I asked. I'm pretty frustrated with that aspect.

Town & Country Pest Solutions Inc. did an excellent job! We purchased the everything package, and were initially concerned because we saw MORE ants (but less box elders). I called them to see if this was normal, they told me yes, we would see more ants at first, but by the second week they should start to disappear. Sure enough, two weeks after spraying, we have not seen one single ant! (Or any other bugs, except for dead ones.) We called in another exterminator in the past for a yellow jacket issue because they were a little bit cheaper, but in the end, even after returning twice, they couldn't get rid of the yellow jackets. We ended up calling Town & Country back and they completely eliminated them. They have been our exterminators ever since. The entire staff is wonderful! We highly recommend Town & Country Pest Solutions Inc.
