We have two young kids and hired Town and Country to prevent bees and wasps after we noticed a few wasps nest forming on the exterior of our house in various areas. We purchased the treatment that covers us for 12 months and it took care of the wasps. After we received the initial treatment, we then built a deck and noticed wasps were nesting underneath and inside of our newly installed air conditioner electrical box. I called in the evening and they were at my house the next morning to take care of it. |

A little to soon to leave a complete review, but as far as customer service it was excellent on all levels of contact between us and customer service, quoting and the technicians. As far as the chemical that was used to deter the wasps we have seen a few but it has been cold. The one day it was warm we saw a few wasps but not approaching the areas where they normally go, kind of just flew near areas they always go. Time will tell and I will be watching. If all goes well in the next few weeks We are totally happy with everything. Great people.

Lil early to tell if effective but pretty good in the past. I had to stop applicator before he left because he overlooked a critical bee nesting area between deck roof and roof. That was a little strange!! As usual though,you have to watch every contractor! 🙄🙄.
