Jacob arrived at scheduled time was very courteous and friendly and asked if I had any issues of which I didn't at this time. He gave me a very detailed description of what he was doing as he moved from every room in my house, the spraying of my garage and storage room to dusting the cobwebs on the exterior overhang and the final completion of all the exterior walls/doors. I would definitely recommmed Triangle Pest Control for their pest control service.

I purchased a service on Angie's list and ended up having to have something else. I got so lucky that the day I tried to cancel that Jacob showed up. We found we had bedbugs (UGH!!) and he took a few minutes to come into the room and semi-inspect it. He took time to show me what was still there and explained what HE would do if he was in my shoes. I got the dogs to come in...they found live ones still in the one room...and in 3 days Triangle came in and heated the room to get rid of them. They were great with explaining what was going on. My only negative was that I wanted the dog/bug finder handler to show me what he found in the room and he didn't. The only reason I wanted him to do that was in case I ever saw it again I would know. (God forbid I EVER see those things again!!!) I was so impressed with the quick response to my problem....I couldn't have lived more than 3 days. I also like that they don't treat the whole house...just the affected area. Now I get to use the treatment I actually paid for....they just called me yesterday (a Saturday!) to schedule it. For some reason, this business is able to work with me....I love that! I highly recommend. (They guarantee everything...from the dogs' findings to the heat treatment. I feel confident)
