Usually the technician will ask if we have noticed anything around the house (inside/outside activity). This time was all about the business, spray and go. Would have been nice to get a few sticky traps for the bugs getting inside.

I have used Truly Nolan for 30 years, including the two times we have lived in Tucson. Overall, I have been reasonably satisfied. I think they are higher priced than many of their competitors. A few years ago, I had one of your service people service me for several years. During that time, I captured over 30 live centipedes in my hours. I inquired several times of my (your) service person, and he told me there was nothing they could do to prevent that.

We have been waiting for over a week for someone to set traps and remove packrats from our yard.
This is in addition to having to spend $3000 to replace our pool heater that was destroyed over last summer when Truly Nolen was supposed to be monitoring our home for packrat activity.

The gentleman who came to rid my back path of many weeds was very polite and nice. He sprayed the entire area which included a lot of rocks. But the weeds are still there!!!! I tried to pull some out, but they were deep in the ground. Does Truly Nolen use anything besides spray to get rid of weeds? We do not like the email notification system--2nd time we didn't know he was coming.
