I appreciate the idea of my weekly reports, but the technicians never update them - so I do not know what they found, if there are seeing an issue, etc. If they are not updated, they are just email clutter. Please actually give me notes and feedback about what is seen/being treated.

We are very happy with our service. Our tech Larry Acedo is the best in the business. He lets us know if he sees problems that we may have missed. He is very customer service oriented.

Albert is always on time, has a great personality, and is very professional in all that he does.
