Yes, I've very happy with the service the Guy has provided for my quarterly pest spraying. He does whatever I ask of him whether it be indoors or outdoors. At the end of each service, he briefs me on the overall condition/problems if any.

No, I am not happy with Truly Nolan. Last year we had the same problem. Why can't someone from the company notify the tenant of the date for service? The notice is sent to me and sometimes I don't get it until it is too late.
