The worst folks. I cancelled my lawn fertilizer service as they burnt and put holes in my lawn in October. Four phone calls later, one manager call and one manager visit. No success but we were told that we laid things on our lawn. Nope. They sprayed all these spots as weeds were outta control. Manager said they would send email of our expectations. Let me say it got ugly. Don"t enter a contract. Four calls and the folks say we have to talk to a manager. What the heck. We are still getting billed for services not rendered. What a scam.

No pest problems since using Truly Nolen. I have my yard treated for fire ants and if the pesky devils appear between service I can call and they will be right out to treat the problem. Very happy!

We started pest treatment with Truly Nolen in October, 2019 and we are satisfied with the service, office personnel and e-mails we receive regarding our treatment. We have had quick response time to our problem with ants and each of the techs have explained the treatment given, what to look for after treatment and always say "if you need us please call". Great personnel.
