Danielle the receptionist is the best and so helpful! Michael the best technician always friendly and always on time and gets ride of all our unwanted bugs. And Erin the termite specialist is also always on time and friendly. My Mom and I feel very fortunate to have a great company like Truly Nolan with their great employees who take care of us and our house! I recommend them for anyone who needs any kind of pest control!

Looking at my report, I see that you did not treat for scorpions. Looking at my history, i don’t really understand why that treatment would have been skipped? My house backs up to the desert, and I have had a scorpion issue every year, at the beginning of the hotter seasons. I am a little perplexed as to why this step was skipped...

Am I happy with Truly Nolan, well YES I am. Had a Termite Inspection done last week, and the tech, I believe his name is Erin, had me laughing the whole time he was here. He checked everything, and great customer service. When he left, I thought my best friend had just left. Then I had my pest service done on Wednesday and my usual technician, Michael called to tell me he might be late. This is the way a business should be. A friend visiting your home and great customer service.
