Terrible. Absolutely not satisfied. You are my first call on Monday when you open up. I got more ants now than when you came here. I know who I won't be calling for service in the future. No wonder you preferred a yearly contract, because you can't get to the source the first time.

Brett is extremely conscientious and professional. He is in touch with me regularly to tell me when he is coming. He lets me know when he is here. Generally I don't have to be at home because his tasks are outside. But if I do need him to come in, he works with me to set a time that is convenient. The only thing I don't understand is why there is a $2 increase every year. It is always $2 and all I get is a postcard that shows you hate to do the increase but you have to. A little explanation would be nice. Brett gets 5; the billing issues gets a 4.

Jeff is great. Always prompt and courteous. Very knowledgeable and thorough, and though he conducts himself very professionally, my family all sees him as more of a friend than a pest guy. Great service and product overall. No more ants and its staying that way.

If it wasn't for Truly Nolen quarterly treatments, there would be a regiment of German cockroaches overrunning my condo (would revert to the way it was before Truly Nolen started pest control in my condo a few years back)...
