The two men arrived on schedule and performed their tasks professionally. My monitoring of temperature control indicated the target temperature of 130 was maintained and/or slightly exceeded.
Some of the equipment was old - thin spots in the barrier blankets, slight propane leak.
If your kitchen cabinets do not reach the ceiling, dust the cabinet tops before treatment because the fans will blow the dust all over if it is not removed prior to treatment.

James and Jason were incredibly professional and kind. Willing to work with me on financing for some big jobs needing to be done to my manufactured home I inherited. Have used Truly Nolen of Lakeland for many years and service has been good sometimes and not so good other times. This year's experience with Ed Henry was the best ever. He answered our many questions about his proposal and handled our situation with integrity and honesty. I will be requesting him for future inspectins. This experience has restored my faith in his company.

Excellent service and response time. Both techs Corey and Mike were very professional,thorough and helpful in eradicating our rat infestation in the attic. Always pleasant and went the extra mile to get the job done. Patient, courteous and took the time to answer all of our questions.

Corey came outlast week to treat for ghost ants. I wasn"t sure if they could get rid of them but it was worth a shot. Three days later I texted him to let him know I had it seen an ant since the day he came out. He still came out a week later as a follow up. He was amazing! I will never go back to old company I was using. I will recommend Truly Nolan to all my clients because my reputation is important to me.

So far so good the only thing is all was not done that I was told would be done such as tech going in attic or under the house to spray. He did not do either one yesterday upon his visit. The tech that came out yesterday was very polite and professional but we did pay for these 2 areas to be sprayed as well, the tech that came out last Saturday was very insightful and respectful. We have seen a total of 2 bedbugs in the master bedroom since he did his job both bugs were adults. Also we were told that the tech that treated forroaches he would seal off any area they may be getting in at. And he did not do this as well.
