It's been difficult trying to get my termite and pest control accounts merged and renewing at the same time. Currently sometimes I don't receive statements or invoices. Hope you can do better in the future.

I would like to cancel my service when my contract is up in October. While I appreciate the service, I guess I did not understand exactly what was included. I was under the assumption that all my trees were included in the service. In March, I was told that the citrus trees were not included in my service. My lawn is very brown and I understand the weather has not helped, but other lawns are not as dry as mine. All my sprinkler areas are working and the lawn is getting plenty of water.

I have not been happy with the unusually frequent rate increases. It may be getting to the point where I will not be able to afford your service. The only person keeping me as a customer is George. He is the best. Whatever you are paying him, it’s not enough. I have total confidence in him and he is always so accommodating. You’d get 5 stars if it weren’t for your prices.
