We recently had Truly Nolen out for an annual inspection and there were several areas that needed treatment. Dena came out to do the treatments and did a thorough inspection of the affected areas. She came back a couple of weeks later to insure there was no new activity which we really appreciated. We've seen Dena several times over the years and continue to be impressed with her thoroughness, her conscientious attitude and her obvious concern for her customers. I can hardly imagine anyone being a better representative for Truly Nolen than she is.
