Great service and our tech Brian is great. If we have any problems he comes back and fixes the problem.

My lawn looks good but some of my bushes and plants look in need of a little help. I am happy with the service but I do not understand the need to confirm outside service when I have a contract and auto pay and don't even have to be home. Kind of annoying.

Even though I have no problems with your services,I am probably going to have to start looking for another less expensive company or canceling pest control all together. It's getting to where I can't afford your rates. Being on Social Security and with the yearly rent increases leaves me with little for the extras. I give 5 stars for service and 3 stars for rates.

Poor. Weeds everywhere. Just sprayed a few. Nothing on north side of house. Did not use a spreader to kill dollar weed etc.

Our service tech (John) did a wonderful job. He spent over 45 minutes walking around the house and taking care of everything. My husband was very impressed by his professionalism and thoroughness at the job. Would recommend John and Truly Nolen Pest any day.

I like my technician Michael. He is always polite and professional. If I could change one thing it is the time he comes out. The mornings are hard for me but I do what I need to. Other than that my husband and I are happy so far; will be happier when the critters are caught.
