Very good service. I had phone calls about the scheduled appointment. It was easy to change the date. When I failed to leave the courtyard unlocked, that part was rescheduled with no problem. Every service person in phone or in person was cheerful and positive.

We've had Truly Nolen treat our house regularly for over 10 years. We've never had an infestation of any kind. A couple stray scorpions but that problem was handled quickly.
The various men who've treated the house over the years have been pleasant and professional. They usually call the day before to confirm their arrival, then alert us to their prsence. And they let us know when they're finished. Altogether, it's been a pleasure to have them around. And an even greater pleasure that the treatments work so well. |

Love this service. I have an annual contract, so I don’t need to call them. They call me every three months to remind me the technician will be by to service my home and they always ask if they have been any problems needing special attention. But I’ve never had any problems between visits. Technician is always helpful and courteous. It’s the best pest control service in the Phoenix metropolitan area, and the annual service is the best priced plan. Thank you!

Sallylyn is the best rep ever. I was in the middle of having new floors installed when the installers found termites. I called Sallylyn and she jumped through hoops to get treatment that morning. She came over and inspected the whole house and found another site that was also treated. The service was outstanding. Everyone involved did a great job. That girl deserves a raise!
